SAITAMA, Japan (AP) — U.S. guard Zach LaVine says if the Americans do what they are supposed to, he doesn't think anyone can beat them. Australia and France already have this summer. And Slovenia has beaten everyone its ever played with Luka Doncic in the lineup. So the Olympic men's semifinals might be as wide open as any time during the Americans’ run of three straight titles. The U.S. is the only team left that has won gold, but the other three teams believe this is their time. The U.S. plays Australia on Thursday, and France plays Slovenia. The winners meet Saturday for gold.
