MEXICO CITY (AP) — Patrick Reed was in the news even before he hit a shot in the Mexico Championship. And it wasn't good. Brooks Koepka was loudest voice in saying he thought Reed cheated in the Bahamas. A former CBS analyst claims he saw Reed improve his lie four times in tournaments. The louder the noise, it seems the better Reed plays. He blocked out all that criticism and won the Mexico Championship for his second World Golf Championships title. It might not go away. Winning doesn't take care of everything. But if all he can do is win, he'll take it.
