Mariners Get OF Jarrod Dyson From KC In Exchange For Nathan Karns

In what has been an already busy day of dealing for Seattle Mariners General Manager Jerry DiPoto, the M's acquired another player today when they sent pitcher Nathan Karns to the Kansas City Royals for athletic outfielder Jarrod Dyson.
