Green Bay Packers Ask Fans to Shovel Snow Before Seahawks Game
With 5-10 inches of snow expected in Green Bay in the next couple of days, the Packers are asking for volunteers to help shovel out Lambeau Field before kickoff of Sunday's NFC Divisional playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Packers organization -- which estimates around 700 people will be needed to get the job done in time -- will provide the shovels, according to a KOMONews.com report, and will pay $12 per hour. Volunteers, however, cannot stay for the game unless already ticketed.
Snow or no, temperatures are expected to be below freezing.
