At 375 feet, the High Steel Bridge is the tallest railroad bridge ever built and is listed in the National Historic Site registry. Present day, the bridge still stands sturdy as ever and is safe for vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, and yes, even bungee jumping.
Hart's Pass is the highest road in Washington State and is one-lane with dirt and gravel, steep cliffs, and no guard rails. Put it this way, if you suffer from anxiety and fear heights, this is probably not the road for you.
