Yakima's Marshall Kent is making his presence felt in the PBA's Summer Swing in Shawnee, Okla., this week.

Already earning the top seed in the PBA Wolf Open earlier in the week, Kent earned a spot in the top-five stepladder finals for the PBA Badger Open Wednesday.

Three tournaments comprise the field for the Oklahoma Open, based on qualifying standings from the three 'Animal' patterns (Bear, Wolf and Badger) used for this event. Details of the patterns are available on www.PBA.com for review.

After the qualifying blocks of twelve games on each pattern, the total pinfall of 36 games make up the field for the step-ladder finals to be held at the Oklahoma Grand Casino and Hotel Ballroom, on a special installation of lanes inside the ballroom for an intimate arena affair.

Kent currently holds the number two seed for the Oklahoma Open field, to be contended this weekend.

The events will be streamed live on Xtra Frame, a subscription-based site dedicated to PBA and other bowling coverage across the country and around the world.

All tournaments in the PBA Summer Swing will be televised via tape-delay on the CBS Sports Network. Starting Tuesday May 26, each of the five events will be presented on a weekly basis. Check your local cable listings.
