Washington State travels to California this week for a matchup of struggling Pac-12 teams. The Cougars have lost five in a row since a 4-0 start and can ill afford another loss if they want to become bowl eligible.

Mouhamed Gueye had 20 points and 10 rebounds, TJ Bamba scored 19 points, and Washington State defeated California 63-57 for the Cougars’ fifth straight win.

Tyreese Davis scored 14 points and Casey Jones scored 10 points and grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds and Eastern Washington continued Cal's woes beating the Golden Bears 50-48

Michael Penix Jr. threw a go-ahead 14-yard touchdown pass to Jalen McMillan early in the fourth quarter to lead Washington past California 28-21.

California looks to bounce back from a loss at unbeaten Colorado last week when the Golden Bears host Washington. The Bears are 3-0 at home this season.

Cameron Ward threw for 343 yards and three touchdowns and Renard Bell caught for 115 yards and one touchdown as Washington State beat California 28-9.
