No. 3 Washington, No. 4 Florida State and No. 5 Oregon all moved up a spot in The AP college football poll Sunday, giving the Pac-12 two top-five teams for the first time since the final ranking of the 2016 season.

No. 2 Purdue rallied to a beat No. 11 Gonzaga 73-63 in a Maui Invitational quarterfinal game.

No. 4 Washington flip-flopped with No. 5 Florida State. Georgia remained No. 1 and received a season-high 61 first-place votes. The Bulldogs have been atop the rankings for 23 straight weeks, the second-best streak in the history of the poll.

Graham Ike had 25 points and 11 rebounds in just 18 minutes, and No. 11 Gonzaga beat NAIA school Eastern Oregon 123-57 in a tune-up for the Maui Invitational.

Fifth-ranked Washington's last six wins have all been by 10 points or less. If the Huskies are going to make it to 12-0 they’ll probably have to keep winning close ones.

Georgia extended its streak of weeks being top-ranked in the AP Top 25 to 22, giving the Bulldogs the second-longest run of being No. 1 in the history of the college football poll.

Charlisse Leger-Walker scored 26 points, including the go-ahead basket in overtime, and No. 24 Washington State turned back Gonzaga 77-72.

Georgia extended its streak of No. 1 rankings in The Associated Press college football poll to 19 straight weeks, the third best in the history of the rankings.

No. 13 Alabama is out of the top 10 of The AP college football poll for the first time since 2015, and Georgia remained No. 1 on Sunday. This week, the opening of regular season conference play.
