Lexie Hull scored a career-high 36 points with six 3-pointers and made six steals, leading No. 1 seed Stanford past eighth-seeded Kansas 91-65 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament
Cameron Brink scored 24 points and Lexie Hull added 21 to help No. 2 Stanford rally to beat Utah 83-73. Stanford trailed by seven at the half before outscoring the Utes 53-36 in the final 20 minutes.
The Stanford Cardinal are national champions in women’s basketball for the third time and first in 29 years. Haley Jones scored 17 points as the Cardinal held off Arizona, 54-53.
Stanford reached the Final Four by rallying for a 78-63 victory over Louisville. Next up for the top-seeded Cardinal is South Carolina on Friday night.
Ashten Prechtel had 19 points and 14 rebounds and No. 6 Stanford cruised past Washington State 71-49. The Cardinal's Kiana Williams and Lexie Hull combined for 33 points.
Kiana Williams scored 17 points and Lexie Hull added 14, to help No. 3 Stanford Cardinal get their fourth straight win over the eighth-ranked Oregon State Beavers 61-58.
