John Force won yet again at age 72, topping the Funny Car field Sunday in the NGK NTK NHRA Four-Wide Nationals for his record 152nd event victory.

Tommy Johnson Jr. raced to his first Funny Car victory since the end of the 2017 season, beating Robert Hight in the final round at the Route 66 NHRA Nationals.

Billy Torrence won the Top Fuel final in the NHRA Arizona Nationals at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. Torrence beat Leah Pritchett with a run of 3.965 seconds.

Tony Schumacher gets his first Top Fuel victory of the season, sixth victories at Bristol. Ron Capps wins the Funny Car and Jeg Coughlin Jr. wins the Pro Stock.

The Force family is a force to be reckoned with. It came down to father and daughter going for the Funny Car title. Courtney Force edged John for the win.
