Vin Scully joined the widow of Jackie Robinson to honor the player who broke baseball's color barrier during Robinson's centennial birthday celebration Monday night.

Don Newcombe, the hard-throwing Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher who was one of the first black players in the MLB and won the Rookie of the Year, MVP and Cy Young awards, has died. He was 92.
