Washington State travels to California this week for a matchup of struggling Pac-12 teams. The Cougars have lost five in a row since a 4-0 start and can ill afford another loss if they want to become bowl eligible.

Oregon St. and Wash. St. claim the actions of the Pac-12 and Comm'r George Kliavkoff in response to members announcing their intent to leave the conference.
