The 54th Tri-Cities Water Follies wrapped up another outstanding weekend of high-speed unlimited hydroplane racing and aerial acrobatics yesterday with the Columbia Cup Final Heat.

J. Michael Kelly, driver of the Graham Trucking unlimited hydro, was the eventual winner, topping a field of seven boats with an average speed of 149.5 MPH.
