PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Rainy weather is expected for today's opening round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. In fact, the sun isn't expected to appear until the weekend for the annual gathering of pro golfers, celebrities and other athletes.

The field includes Jason Day, Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, Patrick Reed and last year's runner-up Phil Mickelson. Lefty will be trying to tie Mark O'Meara's record of five wins in the tournament.

The event is being played on the Pebble, Spyglass Hill and Shore Course at Monterey Peninsula Country Club.
