BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — Rain that began before dawn has pushed back the start of the first round of the Quicken Loans National.

Storms delayed the first groups more than two hours. The first tee times were scheduled for 7 a.m. and got pushed back to 9:15.

Rain is in the forecast for much of Thursday at Congressional Country Club for Tiger Woods' tournament.

If the weather holds up, sixth-ranked golfer Rickie Fowler is scheduled to tee off in midafternoon in a threesome with friends Justin Thomas and Smylie Kaufman.

Jim Furyk is coming off a second-place tie behind winner Dustin Johnson at the U.S. Open. Furyk is schedule to tee off in the morning, along with Davis Love III and Keegan Bradley.

Ricky Barnes has withdrawn and was replaced by Wes Roach.
