MONROE, Wash. (AP) — A man riding his motorcycle at the Evergreen Fair drag races was killed when he collided with a bus at the track.

KIRO-TV reports the crash happened at about noon Monday. The man, believed to be in his 30s or 40s, died at the scene.

Initial reports said the motorcycle was new to the rider and that he overshot the track. The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office will investigate the collision to determine the exact cause.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will identify the motorcycle rider, as well as the cause of his death.
