Local Million Dollar Bracket Challenge Winner Cashes In

Chris Wyatt burned up the nets in our recent Million Dollar Bracket Challenge, scoring the highest number of correct picks in Yakima during the men's NCAA basketball championship tournament.

And now he's got a $500 check burning a hole in his pocket!

Chris's 48 points were the highest among the 234 local entrants in the national competition, making him the hands-down winner for the cash. The money was courtesy of the contest's sponsor, Akland Pump & Irrigation.
