Earlier tonight (April 26) on KIMA-TV's Action News, Sports Director Alan Sillence pulled back the curtain to his own office to reveal his collection of memorabilia that he has held on to during his tenured career in television covering sports in the Yakima Valley and Central Washington.
At the end of his sportscast, he solicited viewers to send in photographs of their most sacred of places.

Are you a NASCAR aficionado? Are Harley-Davidson's your passion? Baseball? The Seahawks? No matter, you can have your pride and joy broadcast for all to see!

Needless to say, I have already submitted mine (even though it is FAR from being a finished product!)

To send your pics of your "Man Cave" or "She Shed" to be considered for being featured on KIMA's sports cast, send your photos and info to:
tips@kimatv.com or sportsguy@kimatv.com.

After decades of collecting sports and music memorabilia, only to have it sit in boxes collecting dust, I FINALLY am making my dream of displaying all of my goods in my very own "Man Cave" that I have always dreamed of having!

We moved in to our newly-constructed home in Moxee at the end of March of 2019 and are STILL moving in so-to-speak (Really, are you ever COMPLETELY moved in?!?!). One of the spare rooms is a guest room/office but, with a bit more organization and elbow grease it will also be my own mini sports museum!

It is a work in progress but I wanted to show off some of my more prized pieces and also wanted to document my progress.
