Everything about Voodoo Doughnuts screams Portland, Oregon. This Portland-based doughnut joint definitely keeps it weird with crazy ideas for doughnuts that have been a staple for years. They have a signature 'Voodoo Doll' doughnut which resembles a voodoo doll with a pretzel stick lunged into the heart with red jam oozing out.

They were also the first place I've ever heard of putting bacon on a maple bar for that 'sweet and salty' experience.

Though Voodoo Doughnuts did open a location in Vancouver, WA last year, you can't fool me. Vancouver is basically Portland, Washington and that location shouldn't count for a Washington State location.

Voodoo Doughnuts are proud to announce the opening of another very Washington location and it's opening next week.

If you're not as familiar, here's a quick video I recorded when I was in Portland a few years ago on what visiting one of the Voodoo Doughnut locations is like, along with the variety of doughnuts you can expect.

Where is the Voodoo Doughnuts in Washington State?

Aside from the Vancouver location that's been there for about a year you can find one in Seattle in the Capitol Hill area.

KOIN says this location is opening on December 10th.

And what a great location for a Voodoo Doughnuts. Capitol Hill has some very unique shops so an establishment like Voodoo Doughnuts will fit right in.

You can find the new store at 1201 Pine St. in Seattle.

You'll be able to find all your favorites at this new location.
