Child care website Go Au Pair took the names from the social security database and found the most rare names in each state.
So long as they had 5 or less people named this. There are several who have a name completely unique to them. Those aren't counted. These are names that do exist outside of more than just one person with a limit of 5 per state, though there may be more people named that across the United States.
