Icy Tai has More than Just ‘Icy’ Treats in Yakima

Icy Thai may be one of those places you've seen before but never stopped in. Or maybe you did once when they first opened to experience what rolled ice cream was. Well, they've expanded their menu so even in the middle of winter they're still very-much-so worth a visit.

Icy Tai is one of my kids favorite places to visit in Yakima. You can never go wrong with the way they roll the ice cream in a very unique way and top it with fun stuff. They also serve boba (sometimes called 'bubble tea') which my kids are also a huge fan of.

I like the variety of hot tea selections. More than just basic black tea but they do also have that and the way they prepare it, you can tell it didn't just come from a tea bag.

Recently they started selling crepes that are nice and warm as well.

So even though it's the middle of winter, there's still plenty of reason to visit Icy Tai any time of year. And who said you can only eat ice cream when it's warm outside? Ice cream is great any time of year.

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery.
