There’s a Chance it Might Snow on Christmas Day in Yakima
How did you enjoy the snow the other day in Yakima?
I saw some mixed vibes from many. Some really enjoyed seeing it come down as much as it was coming down. Some of those were even more excited that the snow was wet enough to stick and do enough to make a small snowman or take their first bite of snow. Something that many don't exactly recommend but eating fresh snow should be okay.
There was also a large part of the population that didn't care for it, especially because they were on the roads trying to drive to Seattle to watch the Seahawks and what could have been one of their most exciting games in recent times.

Though a lot of the snow has already gone away, there's a chance we may get more snow, and it happens to be Christmas morning.

Looking at the weather, the next chance of snow comes the morning of December 25. Christmas Day.

The temperatures on Christmas are an expected high of 40 with a low of 27 which is a nice sweet spot for snow. If it does it may turn to rain later in the day which can also make the roads a bit uneasy for those having to drive in them, but hopefully on Christmas you're already home and safe and ready to enjoy the holiday.
After Christmas and through the weekend our temperatures should be in the mid-40s until the new year.
