I didn't know what to expect when I heard that they'd have sea lions here at the fair but they had a full set-up complete with bleachers for people to sit and two aquatic tanks.

They had a couple sea lions set up at the Central Washington State Fair behind the Modern Living Building near where they used to do the petting zoo and concerts.

What a fun addition!

These sea lions would do interactive things with the hosts at the show including jumping from the water to touch a ball, blowing a trumpet, balancing a ball on their nose, and more.

Along the way, they also educate you about sea lions including how big they can get, what they eat, what the whiskers are for, so you're having fun watching the show and you're learning along the way.

And it wouldn't quite be a Sea Lions show without a splash zone if you're in the very front.

The sea lions don't require an entry fee or anything. If you're already in the fair, you can check out the sea lions during their scheduled times.
