‘Dancing With The Stars Celebs’ Turn Up in Oregon for Elegant Wedding
I'm the one who always cries at weddings. I have no idea why I get so overcome with sweet emotions. That is why I think it would be safe to say that I would totally freak out (in a good way) if a cool celebrity decided to get married in the small town where I live.
That's likely what happened to wedding vendors and residents near Pistol River in Oregon, when they found out their clients were also famous TV celebrities.
IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO...AND FALL IN LOVE AND GET MARRIED
The bride is a dancer from the hit TV reality show, Dancing with the Stars, or DWTS, as the kids say, and the groom is an alum from So You Think You Can Dance.
If you don't watch DWTS, Koko Iwasaki got married to her boo, Chris "Kiki" Nyemchek. She joined the show in 2022, the same year they got engaged.

WHERE IS PISTOL RIVER, OREGON?

FUN FACT: According to local legend, in 1853, the town was named after one of the settlers, James Mace, lost his gun in the river, ergo the name, Pistol River.
AN ELEGANT WEDDING BY THE SEA
Koko's engagement ring is from Marc Broumand.
Kiki and Koko's wedding shower was at a backyard barbecue in New Jersey.
Brides Magazine has exclusive photos from their wedding but you can get a sneak peak at the lovely celebration on Koko's Instagram.
The bridal magazine revealed that the wedding planners were Josiah Carr and Justin McGregor from Samkoma, and the special event had 100 guests. Koko and Kiki's wedding was on Saturday, July 27th.
