Huskies Looking to Repeat as Pac-12 Champions

SEATTLE (AP) — Isaiah Stewart and Jaden McDaniels are two of the top freshmen in the country and together they form the centerpiece of a talented Washington team that opens the season Friday against No. 16 Baylor. Stewart is a bruising forward with an NBA-ready frame and McDaniels is a lanky wing players and pure scorer. The Huskies won the Pac-12 regular-season title last year and repeating will largely depend on how well all their freshmen perform.
