Disabled Kids Invited To Learn To Fish (For Free!) At Sarg Hubbard Park This June [VIDEO]
Children with disabilities are invited to learn to fish at Sarg Hubbard park on Saturday, June 17th at the annual Catch A Special Thrill (CAST) for Kids.
The event happens from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and includes tackle, a fishing pole the child can take home as well as an award ceremony and picnic-style lunch.
Families are invited to come watch their kid catch a special thrill and it is free to all who attend. Space, however, is limited to the first 40 children who register.
Volunteers are needed to coach youngsters as well as set-up the event. For questions or more information, contact Denny Hostetter at 509-575-5848 (ext. 223)
