Despite Loss Today,Pippins Propel To Payoff Berth

The Yakima Valley Pippins clinched a playoff berth on the final day of the regular season earlier today in Corvallis, OR despite losing the game 7-3. The Pips clinched a spot due to tie-breakers that were in their favor.

The Pips will play Game 1 of a three-game series at the Orchard at Yakima County Stadium at State Fair Park on Tuesday night at 7:05 p.m.
