COVID-19 Concerns Lead to Changes in Rose Bowl Buildup
ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — No. 7 Ohio State and No. 10 Utah visited Disneyland on Monday to celebrate their appearance in the Rose Bowl. But other events in the buildup to Saturday’s game have been called off amid rising cases of COVID-19 in Southern California. Four bowl games this season have been canceled because of virus issues, and two others have turned to replacement teams after their original matchups were scuttled. Both teams say they're being cautious and hope to have no one miss the game because of COVID-19.
