(AP) — Washington State was riding high just recently with a spot in the Top 10 and a quarterback being mentioned as a Heisman Trophy candidate. Then the Cougars lost two of their next three games, and quarterback Luke Falk was pulled from a loss at Arizona. But there is no panic in Pullman. Coach Mike Leach said Falk will start against No. 18 Stanford, and the 25th-ranked Cougars still control their own destiny in the battle for the Pac-12 North.
