(AP) — Utah and Washington State will finish the regular season this weekend at Rice-Eccles Stadium with a bowl spot on the line. The Pac-12 Conference requires teams to be at .500 or better to earn a spot. It's been a stop-and-start season for a Utah team that had its opening two games canceled because of COVID-19 issues. The same goes for a Cougars team that has had three games canceled because of the virus. Washington State will be playing its first game in 13 days.
