What Should Happen To Tony Stewart? [POLL]

It seems like in the NASCAR world they act more childish than my own children. Always angry about something. This time it ended in the death of a driver, Kevin Ward Jr..  It is sad that the guy died, very sad.

Kevin Ward Jr. crashed into the wall when his car was bumped by Stewart's. They were at the dirt track at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park.

It is possible that Tony will be facing criminal charges. What do you think?
