The Eagles shot 42.3 percent from the field, compared to 53.8 percent for Washington State.

The Cougars led from the opening minutes and built a 37-25 lead by halftime. Munzon sank all seven of his field-goal attempts in the half for 15 points. Only three other Eagles scored by halftime, and Geoffrey Frid (six points) was the only one of those players with more than two points.
