MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Quarterfinal play is taking place this evening at the Australian Open. On the men's side of things, fourth-seed Stan Wawrinka is facing No. 12 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, while 17th-seed Roger Federer goes against Mischa Zverev, the man who eliminated top-seed Andy Murray.

For the women, seventh-ranked Garbine Muguruza is playing American CoCo Vandeweghe while fellow American Venus Williams, the 13th-seed, tangles with No. 24 Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.
