Griffin Ramos, a 9-year-old student in the third grade, was recently picked on -- spat upon, specifically -- while at school for sporting an Oakland Raiders beanie. His dad, Jason, posted a pic on his Facebook page of the boy rocking the same stocking cap along with a message of encouragement and a dose of reality for his son.

Less than 24 hours later, a video message from former Raider and University of Washington standout Lincoln Kennedy came Griffin's way, reinforcing the same thing his father said.

Kennedy told the young man to keep his head up, as well as his grades, and promised him that he -- along with Raider Nation -- had his back.
