Yada’s Complete Leads Pippins to Win Over Wenatchee
YAKIMA, Wash. – The Pippins had gotten six starts of eight innings over the first 51 games, but Mitch Yada took it to a new level Friday, turning in the first complete game of the season in a 9-2 win over Wenatchee.
In the win, Yada allowed 6 hits, 2 runs (1 earned), 0 walks and struck out 6 AppleSox hitters to improve to 4-3 on the season.
