SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Cheerleading isn't just fun in California. It's now a job. Gov. Jerry Brown has approved legislation recognizing California's professional cheerleaders as employees. The cheerleaders are entitled to the minimum wage and overtime pay.
