Best Known For: A longtime sports business executive, Peter Ueberroth was the lead organizer of the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, which were among the most economically successful Games ever. Ueberroth later served as the sixth Commissioner of Major League Baseball from 1984 to 1989. He was most recently the chairman of the United States Olympic Committee.

Glen Sather

Age: 69

Profession: NHL Coach / Executive

Best Known For: Glen Sather is the president and general manager of the New York Rangers, a position he has held since 2000. Prior to his job with the Rangers, Sather served as general manager and head coach of the Edmonton Oilers from 1977 to 1989, remaining as GM through 1999. During Sather’s tenure, the Oilers won five Stanley Cups. Sather was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1997.

Terry Bradshaw

Age: 64

Profession: Retired NFL Player / Broadcaster

Best Known For: A three-time Pro Bowl quarterback, Terry Bradshaw played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1970 to 1983, winning four Super Bowl championships (IX, X, XIII, XIV) and two Super Bowl MVPs (XIII, XIV). He was elected to the NFL’s 1970s All-Decade Team and inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989. Bradshaw has had brief acting and singing careers and is currently a studio analyst for FOX’s NFL coverage.

Jimmy Connors

Profession: Retired Tennis Player

Best Known For: A feisty, former world No. 1 tennis player, Jimmy Connors won eight Grand Slam singles titles from 1972 to 1996. During his career, Connors won a record 109 ATP tournaments and more than 1,200 matches.

Eric Dickerson

Age: 52

Profession: Retired NFL Player

Best Known For: A six-time Pro Bowl running back, Eric Dickerson played for the Los Angeles Rams, Indianapolis Colts, Los Angeles Raiders and Atlanta Falcons from 1983 to 1993. While with the Rams in 1984, Dickerson set the NFL record for rushing yards in a single season with 2,105. He was a four-time NFL rushing champion and selected to the NFL’s 1980s All-Decade Team. While in college at SMU, Dickerson teamed with Craig James to form the ‘Pony Express’ backfield. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1999.

Lennox Lewis

Age: 47

Profession: Retired Boxer

Best Known For: A former undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion, Lennox Lewis had a record of 41-2-1 while fighting from 1989 to 2004. Prior to turning pro, Lewis won the gold medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul by defeating future heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe in the final. Among the other boxers Lewis defeated in his career were Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson and Vitali Klitschko.
