Point Break: In Theatres

Reesha Rating: 3.5 out of 5 Stars

Synopsis: A young FBI agent infiltrates an extraordinary team of extreme sports athletes he suspects of masterminding a string of unprecedented, sophisticated corporate heists. (IMDB) The original came out in 1991 and it featured Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves and Gary Busey.

The 2015 remake features some fine, fine, fine fellas. In fact, I might have to shove my one true love, Idris Elba, to the side and make some room for two new dudes: Edgar Ramirez and Luke Bracey.

You will see lots of beards, a manbun or two, a fight club scene, DJ Steve Aoiki, and some killer waves, bruh. You will fall in love with Bohdi, Johnny Utah, and get a kick out of Utah's side kick FBI agent named Pappas, who does nothing the whole movie except sit around on his butt and smoke a cigarette and grouch a lot.

Point Break gets right to the point in every scene. I didn't get bored not even once, so it's great for people with short attention spans! This movie has lots of action in it. There's amazing scenes of sky diving, snow boarding, motorcross riding, and even a bit of rock climbing.
Almost everybody dies by the end of the movie, and, predictably, Johnny Utah ends up getting his full-fledged official FBI badge.
