The book was written by Seattle-area musician Billy Mac and edited by legendary Seattle sportswriter and broadcaster J Michael Kenyon (Ed. note: Kenyon passed away yesterday).

The book is entitled "My Oh My - The Dave Niehaus Story" and was a three-year labor of love that Mac financed the majority of while defraying some cost through crowd-sourcing via Indiegogo.com. It boasts over 140 photos and is 344 pages. Mac has previously written a stirring musical tribute honoring Niehaus, also titled "My Oh My" that incorporates elements of the broadcaster's speech, as well as familiar catchphrases, he delivered upon accepting the Ford C. Frick award in Cooperstown, NY just two years before his death.

Copies of the publication are already available at all Seattle Mariners Team Stores as well as online at TheDaveNiehausStory.com.
