Seahawks’ Sherman NFC Defensive Player of the Week, Again

Seattle's defensive standout wins the honor for the second time this season, and is leading all NFL cornerbacks in voting for the Pro Bowl.

Sherman had two interceptions and caused another last Sunday in  the 23-0 win over the New York Giants. He leads the NFL this season with six picks.

It's the third time in Sherman's career that he's won the weekly honor. Sherman has defended 13 passes, made 29 total tackles and recovered two fumbles over 14 games.

The Seahwks will host the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday at Seattle's Centurylink Field.
