Another Seattle Seahawk has been announced on the NFLNetwork's list of the Top 100 Players of 2012, landing right in the middle of the pack.

All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman has been named as the fifth Seahawk to make the NFL Network's Top 100 Players of 2012 list. Not only is Sherman the fifth Seahawk, but he’s also the fifth player at his position to make the network’s list. Sherman ranks ahead of the Denver Broncos’ Champ Bailey (No. 53), Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Darrelle Revis (No. 67), Chicago Bears’ Tim Jennings (No. 69), and Kansas City Chiefs’ Brandon Flowers (No. 75). That's some pretty heady company.

Sherman joins fellow Seahawks Max Unger (#95), wide receiver Percy Harvin (#90), safety Earl Thomas (#60) and quarterback Russell Wilson (#51) in the rankings.
