SEATTLE (AP) — Brady Quinn is the new backup quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks after agreeing to terms with the club. Quinn's deal was announced by the team on Tuesday. Quinn beat out three other quarterbacks: Matt Leinart, Seneca Wallace and Tyler Thigpen. The four QBs worked out for the Seahawks on Monday. Quinn emerged the winner and the backup to Russell Wilson. Quinn spent last season with the Kansas City Chiefs. He started eight games with the Chiefs, but threw eight interceptions and just two touchdowns. He was also sacked 21 times in just 197 pass attempts. Quinn also started nine games for Cleveland in 2009. He was originally the 22nd overall pick in the 2007 draft by the Browns.
