Seahawks Punter Jon Ryan Tweets Mascot’s ‘Situation’

Earlier this season, the Seattle Seahawks unveiled a new-look mascot to replace the original "Blitz" who had roamed the sidelines since back in the Kingdome days.

No reason was given, but could it be that Blitz couldn't keep his hands wings off of the ladies?

If that's the case, the Hawks brass may have an altogether new problem.  Earlier today, Seahawks punter Jon Ryan tweeted a photo of the newer version of the mascot with the caption, "Hey Blitz next time u cozy up to my gf put that "situation" back in ur pants."

Arguably the best retweet came from Colts punter Pat McAfee who simply sent it back out to his followers with the hashtag "#SlowClap."
