The Seattle Seahawks juggled their roster and made a change to their practice squad by signing receiver Kasen Williams and running back Terrence Magee, and releasing cornerback Tye Smith and offensive tackle Michael Ola.

Williams is in his second year in the NFL and one of three former Husky receivers on the Hawks roster who were in the team's training camp this summer (along with Jermaine Kearse and Kevin Smith).

I had a chance to catch up with Kasen at the VMAC in Redmond and asked him what it's like playing for the team he grew up watching and his expectations for this season's UW team that has already started of the 2016 campaign with an undefeated record after three games.
