The West Valley Rams trailed by ten points with 4:31 to play against Wapato and it looked like the Rams terrific season was going to come to an end.  However the Ram's stayed calm and executed down the stretch to tie the game and send it into overtime. Senior Tyler Cluff hit a big time three point turnaround jumpshot from the right corner to tie the game at 54 with 17 seconds left.  Shawn Craig, who led Wapato with 23 points missed a three point shot at the buzzer which would have won the game and sent the Wolves to the State Tournement in Yakima this week.  The Rams went on to win in double overtime 70-67 to advance to the final 8.  Wapato ended the seaon at 18-7 .West Valley (21-2) will play top-ranked Lynden in the state quarterfinals Thursday at 12:15 in the Sundome.  Hear the game on ESPN 1460 KUTI beginning at 12;05.
