PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Junior Que Johnson is leaving the Washington State basketball program.

Johnson has been granted his release, head coach Ernie Kent said Tuesday.

A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Johnson averaged 9 points per game over his three-year career. He started 42 of the 93 games in which he played.

Johnson shot .404 percent from 3-point range this season, ranking 11th in the Pac-12. He ranks 16th in WSU's career record books with 121 made 3-pointers.
