As if the pitching-heavy Seattle Mariners needed any help in maintaining their already MLB leading status for fewest runs allowed (281 runs/82 games), they are about to get just that.

Highly touted prospect Taijuan Walker has been called up from AAA Tacoma and will join the M's in their starting rotation tonight as Seattle travels to Houston to begin a three game series.

The 21 year old Walker is listed as the #5 overall prospect in baseball.

To make room on their roster, the Seattle club sent OF Stefan Romero back to Tacoma.
