The Yakima Valley Pippins continued their winning ways Thursday, defeating the Kelowna Falcons, 6-1, and completing a three-game sweep on the road.

Brandon Williams had a great outing for the Pippins, going 7 2/3 innings with seven strikeouts. He gave up four hits, three walks and allowed only one run.

During the third inning, eight more Pippins took their turns at the Falcons' pitching. Vince Fernandez scored on a wild pitch. Villa had an RBI single and Alex Guenette ripped a RBI double to make it 6-1 Pippins.

Yakima Valley is back home tonight against Kitsap. First pitch is at 7:05 and pregame is at 6:55 on 1460 ESPN.
