This will be Mills' second season in the West Coast League. Last summer he played for the Kelowna Falcons. In 12 relief outings (25 2/3 innings) last season, he went 2-2 with a 5.26 ERA. In 12 games for Gonzaga so far this year, the sophomore right hander from Spokane has made three relief appearances.

Trube, meantime, will play his first WCL season this summer when he joins Yakima Valley. After four strong years at Mountain View High School in Meridian, Idaho, Trube -- a freshman centerfielder -- has appeared in eight games for Gonzaga this year, batting .200 and knocking in an RBI.

The Pippins, who won the 2014 East Division championship in their first season, are preparing for a June 5 season opener.

Season tickets -- as well as full line of retails goods -- are on sale now at State Fair Park. For more information, visit www.pippinsbaseball.com, call 509-575-HITS (4487) or email info@pippinsbaseball.com.
