CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Pacific-12 champion Oregon State earned the second seed in the West Region and will host 15th-seeded Troy on Friday afternoon at Gill Coliseum.

Oregon State is the only Pac-12 school that has both its men's and women's teams in the NCAA Tournament.

The sixth-ranked Beavers (28-4) set a team record for most wins in a season and won the Pac-12 Tournament title. Their seeding is the highest in school history.

Troy (20-12) won its first Sun Belt Tournament title after its second straight 20-win season. The Trojans are making their second NCAA Tournament appearance, and first since 1997.

Seventh-seed Oklahoma State will play No. 10 seed St. Bonaventure in the late game Friday.

Oklahoma State (21-9) fell 61-43 to No. 24 Oklahoma in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament on Saturday. St. Bonaventure (23-7) fell to VCU 59-50 in the Atlantic 10 Tournament quarterfinals.
